We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home. Who The Client Is: We are an Australian-based group operating across healthcare and professional education, supported by a well-established internal team and external partners. Role Overview: We are seeking a Graphic Designer to support day-to-day marketing execution of the company. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role, ideal for a capable marketing all-rounder who is visually strong and comfortable coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with: Internal marketing and leadership teams An in-house videographer External marketing agencies Education and event coordinators Clear direction and brand frameworks will be provided — your role is to execute, coordinate, and elevate. Across our businesses, we currently operate with: 20+ internal team members 7+ dentists An in-house marketing coordinator An in-house videographer An external specialist marketing agency This role will integrate into an existing, collaborative ecosystem, not operate in isolation. Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design & Visual Assets (Primary Focus) Design marketing assets using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Lightroom; Photoshop a bonus) Create digital and print assets including: Social media graphics Event collateral Course brochures and PDFs Presentations and branded documents Support the company’s rebrand rollout by updating and aligning visual materials across platforms Maintain brand consistency across multiple brands and channel Marketing Coordination & Liaison Coordinate marketing tasks across the company Liaise with: In-house marketing coordinator In-house videographer External marketing agency Internal team members (20+ staff, including clinicians) Assist with campaign execution, timelines, and asset delivery Ensure smooth handovers between design, video, and marketing workflows CRM & Systems Support (Preferred) Assist with HubSpot CRM tasks such as: Email campaigns Landing pages Contact list management Basic workflows and automations Support marketing operations and reporting as needed Education & Event Marketing Support Assist the company with marketing for: Dental education events Courses and CPD programs Prepare event-related graphics, schedules, promotional materials, and digital assets Support pre-event, live-event, and post-event marketing workflows Required Skills and Qualifications: Essential Strong graphic design skills High proficiency in Canva Experience using Adobe InDesign and Adobe Lightroom Strong attention to detail and visual consistency Comfortable working within an established team and systems Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with multiple stakeholders Highly Desirable Experience using HubSpot CRM Understanding of digital marketing workflows Experience supporting education, healthcare, or professional services brands Familiarity with working alongside external marketing agencies Personal Attributes Collaborative and team-oriented Organised and process-driven Open to feedback and iterative improvement Calm under deadlines and able to prioritise Comfortable juggling multiple brands and requests Why This Role Works You are joining an established, well-supported organisation, not a startup Clear brand direction and leadership are already in place Exposure to premium healthcare and education brands Involvement in a major rebrand Long-term offshore role with growth opportunities Work Arrangement & Expectations: This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
