Do you have 8 to 20 hours per week available alongside your current projects or consulting work? We are seeking freelance graphic designers based in the EU or UK to help improve advanced AI systems. What you’ll be doing We are 10x.team, a platform for fractional and freelance professionals. We partner with leading AI labs to improve large AI systems. Your role is practical and high impact. You will: Review and refine AI-generated images and design concepts Evaluate outputs for creative quality, technical feasibility, and industry relevance Draft realistic design briefs, use cases, and scenarios for a variety of design disciplines (branding, digital art, UI/UX, print, advertising) Assess AI reasoning in areas such as color theory, composition, typography, and user-centered design Identify gaps or misinterpretations in design methodology or outputs Create scenario variations from the perspective of different stakeholders, such as clients, creative directors, or end users In simple terms: You will assess and improve AI-generated content to ensure it reflects real-world graphic design standards, creativity, and reasoning. Your work will help scale and advance the quality of AI systems in visual communication contexts. Who this is for You are: A professional graphic designer with a strong portfolio Based in the EU or UK With several years of experience in visual design, branding, or creative direction Familiar with modern design tools, trends, and best practices Comfortable identifying creative inconsistencies, technical flaws, or unrealistic assumptions Available 8 to 20 hours per week Able to start in the coming weeks This role is fully remote and flexible—perfect alongside your existing commitments.
