.Job Purpose To design and deliver visually compelling graphics that align with the organization’s branding and communication goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to produce creative solutions for digital and print media, ensuring high-quality designs that meet project requirements and enhance the organization’s visual presence. Key Accountability Areas Visual Design & Creativity: Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including marketing materials, advertisements, brochures, social media graphics, and website content. Apply corporate identity guidelines to all projects, from advertising to major publications, ensuring consistency and brand alignment. Determine styles and techniques to achieve desired results while meeting production requirements. Review all work before printing to ensure quality and accuracy. Client Collaboration & Communication: Meet with clients or marketing managers to discuss job objectives and mandatory requirements. Understand client business needs and develop packaging designs according to specifications. Present design concepts, incorporate feedback, and finalize designs based on client input. Branding & Implementation: Implement designs or assign artworks for execution while ensuring adherence to branding standards. Oversee the production process by visiting the printing press to ensure the quality of printed artworks. Tools & Technology: Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) to produce high-quality work. Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and techniques in graphic design and apply them to enhance creativity and efficiency. Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards. Organize and archive all design assets and files systematically for easy access and retrieval. Role Accountability HR Proficiency: Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job. Delivery: Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules. Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time. Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks. Problem-Solving: Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues. Quality: Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities. Business Process Improvements: Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible. Compliance: Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions. Health, Safety and Environment: Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
