Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Aleph Hospitality is seeking a talented and highly organised Graphic Designer to join the central Marketing team and support a growing portfolio of hotels and hospitality brands. This is an in-house role combining creative concept development, design execution and brand guardianship. The Graphic Designer will create high-quality, engaging and impactful visual assets across digital and print channels, supporting both corporate marketing initiatives and individual hotel requirements. Working across multiple brands, properties and markets, the role will translate marketing and commercial briefs into compelling creative solutions while ensuring consistency with brand standards. The successful candidate will be comfortable developing creative direction and taking projects through to final execution and production, while managing multiple briefs and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate marketing and commercial briefs into strong, impactful creative concepts and visual solutions.
- Develop master campaign concepts and adapt them across multiple hotels, brands, markets, formats and channels.
- Design a wide range of digital and print materials, including campaigns, social media content, website assets, presentations, brochures, hotel collateral and promotional materials.
- Support hotel openings, rebrandings, seasonal campaigns, events, partnerships and key commercial initiatives with appropriate creative materials.
- Act as a guardian of corporate and hotel brand identities, ensuring consistency across all communications and touchpoints.
- Contribute creative ideas and recommendations rather than solely executing predefined briefs.
- Support photography and visual content requirements, including creative direction, image selection and retouching.
- Develop and maintain templates, toolkits and brand assets for use by corporate and hotel teams.
- Manage creative briefs from internal teams and hotels, prioritising workload and ensuring agreed deadlines are met.
- Prepare final artwork for digital and print production and liaise with external suppliers where required.
- Maintain an organised library of creative files, photography, templates and brand assets.
- Work collaboratively with Marketing, Operations and hotel teams to deliver effective creative solutions.
- Keep up to date with design trends, technologies and tools, including the appropriate use of AI-assisted creative solutions.
