THE ROLE & THE TEAM We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with skill set in corporate branding to concept, design and post-produce creative campaigns that blend storytelling and visual innovation and deliver high-quality creative materials. The ideal candidate will be able to express ideas clearly, provide creative support to team members, and collaborate effectively with external freelancers and agencies. You will leverage cutting-edge technology and empathy to help customers discover products through compelling visuals. You will collaborate with art directors to design banners for all digital experiences, from onsite to offsite. You'll drive asset adaptation, inspiring customers with superior design and format advice, and lead the post-production of visual content across all campaign types. You will break ground in serving up a wider variety of design ideas and ensure that the design meets the quality and reaches its full potential with the best adaptation advice for any type of web banners, social media posts, newsletters, email marketing and print media. You will contribute to the team by sharing best practices, defining adaptation principles via CI, enhancing campaign performance, and fostering inspiring design conversations. Ultimately, you will collaborate to streamline workflows, maintaining naming tools, master files, and CIs to achieve greater efficiency for the entire team. WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF/WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in graphic design, communication design, visual design or media design 3+ years of hands-on experience as designer in a design studio or in-house design department. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat), and Figma. Premiere, After Effects, as well as other relevant design software (AI tools for optimising work) are a plus. General knowledge of Motion Design and capable of delivering high-quality 2D animations. You are a hands-on designer and problem-solver who can independently drive multiple projects, deliver on time, and translate business objectives into compelling visuals. You possess a proactive, self-starter mindset, with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and support teams through creative challenges. Experience in concept development, brand identity, and a variety of design formats (digital, print, and event). Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.
