THE ROLE & THE TEAM

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with skill set in corporate branding to concept, design and post-produce creative campaigns that blend storytelling and visual innovation and deliver high-quality creative materials.
The ideal candidate will be able to express ideas clearly, provide creative support to team members, and collaborate effectively with external freelancers and agencies.
The aspirant will be skilled in every step of the design process, from concept to final deliverable.
Collaborating with multiple teams across the company, the graphic designer should be able to take written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and design, and consistently drive projects towards creative excellence.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

  • Ensuring the consistency of our campaign designs is one of the most exciting and challenging tasks within our department. Join us as we leverage cutting-edge design technology and deep empathy to help customers encounter exciting products for the first time.

  • You will work collaboratively with art directors to design the banners that support our digital experiences — from onsite to offsite visualisations. You will influence and bring to life the asset adaptation vision, helping us inspire customers with superior design banners and format advice. You will lead the golden cut of our visual content through the Design post-production phase of both large and small creative campaigns, editorial campaigns and influencer collaborations.

  • You will break ground in serving up a wider variety of design ideas and ensure that the design meets the quality and reaches its full potential with the best adaptation advice for any type of web banners, social media posts, newsletters, email marketing and interesting print media.
  • You will contribute to the team by sharing best practices, supporting defining adaptation principles through CI, bar-raising in asset campaign performance, and sparking inspiring conversations.
  • Ultimately, you will always collaborate with the team by making work easier while keeping up with naming tools, master files and CIs so that greater efficiency can be achieved for everyone.
