Job Description Design business related templates and marketing communications for internal and external audiences which includes but is not limited to: PowerPoint presentations, whitepapers, multipage reports, email blasts and landing pages via Hubspot, social media imagery, infographics, office branding and signage Develop and implement brand and office guidelines Create and produce marketing communications (print, digital and video) pieces for a wide variety of internal clients Manage production of all print pieces from conception to completion Design all event collateral, signage, presentations, and giveaways for internal and external events – both in person, virtual and hybrid; maintain a quality check on all pieces Assist in online platform redesigns, including intranet websites and custom landing page layouts. Develop support materials for executive leadership messaging Work with our design team around the development and management of our global brand Collaborate with creative team, internal teams to develop creative solutions and then translate those solutions through a variety of channels Stay current on industry trends Create engaging graphics for internal and external social channels Handle all graphics work for video Act as a guiding resource for designers on product marketing teams Qualifications A four-year related degree Minimum of 2-4 year design experience in an in-house creative department or design firm Strong creative, organizational, problem-solving and time-management skills. Adaptable and quick learner. Must be able to apply style guides creatively while upholding the brand identity for Allegis Global Solutions. Develop easy to understand layouts from complex content Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience with HTML and CSS preferred Possess strong conceptual skills, high-level sense of design, layout, and typography, a broad thinker who is able to offer a variety of design solutions Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Expert knowledge in graphic production process Work well with tight deadlines individually or in a team environment Able to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision Additional Information Per Pay Transparency Acts: The range for this position is $58,000 - $88,000 + bonus potential of up to $5,000. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
