As a boutique family entertainment centre in Queensland, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating lasting memories.
We are on the lookout for an energetic and enthusiastic Content Creator and Graphic Designer to enhance our marketing efforts and contribute to our fun-loving environment. In this role, you’ll help coordinate and grow our social media presence, creating content that showcases our brand, engages our audience, and drives growth and support management with marketing campaigns.
This is a part time position, 20 hours per week.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role or currently studying Marketing/Communication or Digital Design.
  • A genuine interest in customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with social media management and content creation.
  • Proficient graphic design skills and video editing skills and design software (e.g. Canva, Adobe).
  • Competent with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software as required.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Must have the right to work in Australia.
Responsibilities
  • Develop content across social media channels, ensuring it’s engaging and consistent with brand guielines.
  • Create and design material that will be used on equipment.
  • Maintain and update promotional materials inventory, from flyers to digital content including in store signage.
  • Utilise CRM systems to manage customer data and execute email marketing campaigns.
  • Track and report on the success of social media marketing campaigns and social media engagement metrics.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed and assist with customer communications and services.
  • Support the General Manager in the implementation of marketing and advertising campaigns.
