JOB DESCRIPTION

This dual-role position combines creative design expertise with operational leadership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content while also managing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow and project execution.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and/or Operations Coordinator
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and lead small teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in corporate environments
• Knowledge of project management tools
• UAE work experience is a plus

• Create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media (digital, print, social media, presentations, etc.)
• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop visual content that aligns with company goals
• Maintain consistency in design across all platforms
• Stay updated with design trends and tools
