Key responsibilities:Graphic design:
Create visual content for digital and print media (print-ready files), including social media graphics, website banners, email newsletters, brochures, pull-up banners, packaging design, label design, gifting, etc.
Assist in the development of marketing collateral that aligns with strong brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Photo editing, retouching, etching and image optimisation.
Collaborate with marketing to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.
Website design & management skills (e.g. updating stock levels, web sliders, managing client enquiries where relevant, removing and adding products, etc.)
Play an active role in developing proposals and presentations by researching, conceptualising, and visually bringing to life ideas from the Sales Manager and COO, contributing to both content and design from start to finish.
Video creation (shooting on mobile or using existing footage & editing) mostly for social media & presentations.
The creation, scheduling and management of email marketing campaigns.
Learn Worlds – Learning Management System – maintain current eLearning site assets, update & troubleshoot where needed.
Training Team Assistance: Update training manuals, invitations and other training materials as needed.
Sales Team Assistance – Creation of print and digital media for brand promotions in Spa (e.g. email invitations, WhatsApp posts, social media campaigns, Point of Sale items, banners, etc.)
Internal events: Assist in planning, designing & managing of presentations, cards, invites, agendas, booklets, branded stationery, certificates, and other items required for events such as Annual Strategy Meetings, birthday events, and year-end functions.
Conduct market research and analyse trends to stay current.
SKILLS:
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a core requirement for this role.
Basic video editing abilities using tools such as: Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (e.g. PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Word), with the ability to use them efficiently and integrate their functions for streamlined team communication and task coordination.
Comfortable with social media platforms and content management systems (CMS) such as Meta Business Suite & Hootsuite
Proven Experience with email marketing creation and design using tools such as Brevo and Mailchimp
Strong visual and conceptual skills with very high attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
Familiarity with MacOS
Fluent in English
Maintain organised files of design assets and marketing materials.
Assist with general tasks as needed, including customer inquiries and other ad-hoc duties.
Time management and keeping track of ongoing tasks through success sheets
Record keeping, internal distribution and communication of promotions and events, as well as marketing collateral checked out by team members.
Requirements:Education and experience:
Certificate or Diploma in Graphic Design is required.
Certificate in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is not a requirement but would be advantageous
2-3 years of experience in graphic design and/or marketing
