Job Description

Manages the timelines and overall process for graphic design and photography projects

• Manages and cares for graphic designers and photographers
• Processes incoming graphic design and photography requests to estimate time/resources needed to complete the request
• Works with brand leaders on the communications team and social media team to effectively understand and deliver on the strategy and requirements for each graphic design project and/or photography needs
• Maintains constant knowledge of status, priority, and next steps for all graphic design and photography projects via a project management system
• Maintains and manages the photography, graphic design, and print production budget under the leadership of the Marketing Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related filed.
• At least 2 years experience in graphic design.
• Strong creative skills and proven track record producing advertisements, corporate image and promotional materials.
• Ability to manage projects within time and budget schedules.
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D
• Able to work under pressure.
• Computer literacy, capability in MAC is preferable.
