We are a growing sign company specializing in custom interior lobby signs, acrylic signage, and exterior signs. Our mission is to help businesses stand out with eye-catching, professional signage that makes a powerful first impression. We’re looking for a Creative & Production Designer who can bring ideas to life through strong design skills and production-ready artwork.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The ideal candidate is both creative and technical: you’ll work with clients on design concepts, create polished mockups, and prepare files for production. You’ll also help us build out our showroom, design sample boards, and capture professional images of completed projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, print production, or signage industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
• Photography and basic editing skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Comfortable balancing creative design with technical accuracy.

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS (WE CAN TRAIN YOU)

• Experience with signage materials (acrylic, PVC, vinyl, aluminum).
• Familiarity with laser cutting, CNC, or large-format printing.
• Branding and logo design experience.

• Clean up and vectorize client logos and artwork.
• Create mockups and proofs for signage projects.
• Prepare production-ready files for laser cutting, cnc cutting, printing, and vinyl (vector artwork, line weights, bleeds, scaling).
• Develop sample boards, showroom displays, and option guides.
• Maintain a well-organized file library, materials catalog and signage portfolio.
• Create image content for social posts (you don’t do the posting)
