OVERVIEW:

Stelvio Brands, a Toronto company, is seeking a full-time Graphic Designer & Social Media Specialist. We have innovative brands within their categories (Element Fire Extinguishers and Carbonio Design & Development) and we’re looking for someone to support Carbonio but can also switch gears across brands to help make them grow. We’re a small group of dedicated professionals and this is an in-office position because nothing beats face to face collaboration! The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite with a sharp eye to match their excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills. You are able to bring your ideas to life visually and through words for insane engagement. Wow us with your portfolio, demonstrating your creativity, innovation, attention to detail and flexibility. You are just as comfortable with print as you are digital and your keen eye for detail considers picas too imprecise! Feel free to give us some suggestions! This role offers a salary of $40,000 to $60,000 (depending on experience) with opportunities to grow within the company.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2 years full-time professional work experience
  • A clean, creative eye and writing style that embodies the organization’s image and products
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premier Pro, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Social media growth and management experience
  • Exceptional writing, proofreading, and editing skills
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail
  • Your time management skills are so awesome, everything you do seems impossibly FAST
Responsibilities
  • Work in conjunction with marketing to support our various departments with amazing creative
  • Be a brand advocate who helps set the creative look and aligns across all our assets
  • Manage and grow our social media accounts to raise product awareness
  • Create engaging video and graphic content to be shared across various social media channels while supporting our followers
  • Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, blogs, marketing materials, and similar platforms (digital and print)
  • Create content for all promotional material and digital advertising (Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Assist in the management of company websites and online stores (Shopify based)
