Adapt and localize creative assets for multi-market campaigns, ensuring accuracy and consistency across different regions, cities, and client variations. Collaborate closely with paid media and performance marketing teams to translate briefs into impactful creative concepts that drive lead generation and conversions. Utilize generative AI tools as part of the creative workflow to accelerate ideation, production, and iteration while maintaining high visual standards. Deliver fully organized, editable source files for all design and video outputs, ensuring scalability and reuse across campaigns. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting tight deadlines, including standard 3-business-day turnaround expectations. Stay up to date with social media creative trends and continuously bring fresh ideas to improve ad performance and engagement. Requirements Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Social Media Video Creator, with a strong focus on performance marketing or digital advertising content. Proficiency in design and editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing platforms including Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects. Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality social media creatives (both static and video) with a focus on engagement and conversion. Solid understanding of paid social platforms, creative trends, and what drives performance in digital advertising environments. Ability to work independently in a remote setup while managing multiple fast-moving projects and deadlines. Strong creative instincts combined with attention to detail, structure, and brand consistency. Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with cross-functional marketing teams. Hands-on experience with AI-assisted creative tools, including image generation, video generation, and automation workflows.
