  • Manage the preparation of customer artwork ahead of product printing – including placing and formatting logos to print-ready specifications.
  • Work closely with internal teams to manage and prioritise the artwork queue.
  • Occasionally liaise directly with customers to confirm artwork approval and ensure final designs meet expectations and technical requirements.
  • Design engaging graphics for both digital and print mediums (e.g. social media, websites, advertisements, brochures, presentations).
  • Manipulate and prepare product artwork files using Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.
  • Manage the artwork approval process and coordinate print-ready files for production.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets and materials.
  • Stay up to date on design trends and software tools to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients to gather feedback and make necessary revisions.

About you:

  • Creative with a flair for thinking outside the box—literally, in our case.
  • Comfortable working on both customer-facing creative and technical production artwork.
  • Organised and confident managing multiple artwork jobs with tight deadlines.
  • Graduate or equivalent experience in a visual arts-related discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Meticulous eye for detail and excellent visual communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, positive and hard-working.
  • A team player with a collaborative and can-do attitude.

Skills / Qualifications required:
· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
