We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that enhance the university’s brand, marketing efforts, and digital campaigns. This role requires advanced graphic design expertise, with a focus on producing high-quality ad creatives for digital marketing campaigns.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in designing for the university or higher education sector.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Expertise in designing ad creatives for digital campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Experience designing for both digital and print media.
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles and web design basics is a plus.

SOFT SKILLS:

• Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and take feedback constructively.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide junior designers (if applicable).

  Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
