Job Title: Graphic Designer Position Overview: The Graphic Designer will collaborate with a team of creative professionals and cross-functional departments to deliver high-quality print-ready artwork. This role requires strong attention to detail and expertise in single-pass and multi-pass digital printing, as well as screen print design. The primary responsibility is preparing customer artwork for production, with occasional involvement in special design projects. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and optimize customer artwork for various print processes, including digital and screen printing. Collaborate with internal teams and departments to ensure design accuracy and brand consistency. Execute special design projects as assigned, meeting deadlines and quality standards. Maintain a thorough understanding of design software and print production workflows. Ensure all artwork meets technical specifications for single-pass and multi-pass digital printing. Troubleshoot and resolve design or file issues prior to production. Qualifications: Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent). Strong knowledge of digital and screen print production processes. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Previous experience in print design or related field preferred Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Wauwatosa, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $29.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
