QUALIFICATIONS

· Must have a proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
· Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field
· Preferably from the Philippines
· Must be well versed in CorelDraw, ACAD, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and 3DS Max
· Advantage if applicant has skill in operating CNC machines
· Excellent communication skills
· A keen eye for aesthetics and details
· Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
· Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
· Able to give and receive constructive criticism.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Graphic Design and CNC Machine Operating: 2 years (Preferred)

· Mainly part of the production team / attending his work at factory in Umm Al Qwain (industrial zone) in order to draw and develop designs needed to be executed by using our CNC machinery.
· Conceptualize visuals based on the requirements for each project
· Design brochures, logos, signs, books, magazine covers, annual reports, advertisements, and other communication materials if required.
· Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
· Plans and illustrates concepts by designing rough layouts of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetics, all related to our themed architectural projects.
· Coordinates with internal teamsin the design concept phase through completion of a project.
· Obtains approval of concepts by preparing rough layouts for review.
· Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art.
· Ensures operation of design equipment and software by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer’s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment; and evaluating new equipment.
Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops; and follow up to date technologies in CNC and computerized machinery needed for our industry in Styrofoam and wood cutting and carving
