JOB SUMMARY

The Graphic Designer is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing a wide range of visual content to support BIGHORN Golf Club and BIGHORN Properties, including marketing collateral, digital media, website and motion graphics, and branded materials. This position plays a key role in maintaining and elevating the Club’s brand identity across platforms, with responsibilities that include social media content creation and scheduling, website visuals, and support for real estate marketing efforts.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced marketing or agency environment

REQUIRED TECHNICAL / OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat); experience in Premiere, Lightroom, and Canva a plus
  • Familiarity with Mailchimp, social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), and scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite or Later)
  • Skilled in preparing files for both digital and print production
  • Experience with video editing, motion graphics, or short-form video creation is a plus, especially for digital and social media applications
  • Excellent sense of layout, typography, photography, and brand continuity
  • Proficiency with both PC and Apple platforms
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality
  • Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities

Responsibilities
  • Design and execute print and digital materials including event collateral, brochures, signage, flyers, menus, email graphics, advertisements, and branded merchandise
  • Develop and schedule visual content for social media platforms in alignment with brand standards and marketing goals
  • Create and update graphics, images, and visual assets for BIGHORN’s websites in coordination with the Marketing Director and web administrator
  • Contribute creative input and design execution for BIGHORN Properties marketing materials, including flyers, property signage, digital listings, social posts, and print advertisements
  • Design and produce the annual BIGHORN Calendar/Roster in collaboration with the Marketing Director and leadership team
  • Create, refine, and manage logos and graphic marks for events, campaigns, and club initiatives while upholding brand standards
  • Edit and prepare photographs for digital and print use, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill design requests and ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Uphold and apply BIGHORN’s established brand standards and visual identity across all content
  • Proofread and quality-check all designs for accuracy, consistency, and professionalism
  • Coordinate with vendors for print production and outside creative services as needed
  • Leadership – Maintain a positive, upbeat role, promote and exemplify Club values and represent departmental objectives and interests to internal and external customers
  • Customer Service – Follow up on questions, and concerns; respond to internal/external Club needs in a friendly, timely and efficient manner
  • Teamwork – Develop and promote teamwork and cooperation among co-workers.
  • Safety – Comply with established safe work practices and attend to all safety-related training provided or made available by the Club
