REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design (event or entertainment industry experience is a plus).
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a bonus).
• Creative eye with strong understanding of color, typography, and layout.
• Experience designing for both print and digital formats.
• Familiarity with social media trends and content formats.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re on the lookout for a talented and imaginative Graphic Designer who can design vibrant, engaging visuals for a variety of events and platforms. From custom party backdrops and screen graphics to playful social media posts, you’ll help define the visual identity of our events and elevate the guest experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design creative visuals for birthday parties, screen shows, stage backdrops, banners, and event props.
• Create branded content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Collaborate with event planners and production teams to bring event concepts to life visually.
• Adapt designs for both print and digital use (including motion graphics if applicable).
• Ensure consistency in branding, style, and tone across all assets.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
