YOUR ROLE

You will help us to bring the brand to life through creative, eye-catching visuals. From digital campaigns to in-store graphics, you will craft designs that inspire our customers and reflect our unique style. Collaborating closely with marketing and product teams, you will make sure every piece of creative is bold, consistent, and unmistakably Debenhams.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Creating bold, on-brand designs for digital, social, email, and print.
• Working closely with marketing and product teams to deliver campaigns.
• Keeping our creative look consistent, modern, and uniquely Debenhams.
• Exploring new design trends to keep our content fresh and relevant.
• Use AI tools to support asset creation, concept development, and rapid prototyping.
• Produce design assets at scale—such as visual variations, templates, and campaign content— using generative AI to maximize efficiency and consistency.
