Life at BOUNCE

BOUNCE is more than a workplace - it's a movement.

With more than 6.5 million customers every year, over 3,000 team members, and venues across the globe, we're redefining action-adventure entertainment by creating experiences that inspire movement, self-expression and human connection.

At the heart of BOUNCE is our Tribe. From the Hosts bringing the love on the floor to the specialists behind the scenes driving our growth, every person plays a role in bringing our Purpose to life.

Creativity and fun sits at the heart of everything we do. Every Reel, campaign, social post, venue graphic, digital experience and piece of branded content helps shape how millions of people experience BOUNCE. As we continue our Road Trip to 100 venues, we're looking for a Graphic Designer who loves creating bold, engaging and unmistakably BOUNCE creative that makes people stop, smile and jump in.

That's where you come in.

Your Mission

As our Graphic Designer, you'll help shape the BOUNCE brand across every customer touchpoint.

Working alongside our Creative Director and collaborating closely with our Brand Specialist and Head of Brand, you'll create ideas that come to life across social, digital, print, venues, merchandise and everything in between.

This isn't about creating artwork for artwork's sake. It's about creating experiences. You'll design creative that captures attention, tells stories, sparks emotion and inspires action. Whether it's a social-first campaign, a new venue launch, digital advertising, EDMs, environmental graphics or merchandise, your work will help millions of customers experience the BOUNCE brand in exciting and memorable ways.

One day you could be designing creative for a national campaign. The next, producing digital assets for our website and social channels, creating graphics for a new venue opening or preparing artwork for print production.

As BOUNCE continues to grow, you'll help ensure every interaction with our brand feels consistent, creative and unmistakably us.

Why You'll Love It

Most design roles ask you to create assets. At BOUNCE, you'll help create experiences.

Your work won't live in a folder. It'll be felt by millions of customers across social media, digital campaigns, venues, merchandise, events and customer experiences every year.

You'll join a collaborative creative team that backs great ideas, embraces fresh thinking and believes the best work happens when talented people challenge each other to think bigger.
