BYD is expanding its operations in France to support a growing portfolio of New Electric Vehicle Passenger car and LCVs projects. About the department: The Marketing Department within BYD France is responsible for developing and implementing tailored marketing strategies specific to the European region and create comprehensive plans that resonate with the France target audience. Our team works collaboratively to optimize brand visibility, increase market share, and drive business growth within the France market. Key Responsibilities: According to the brand VI standards combined with different market application scenarios, output the corresponding visual standard specifications to ensure the unity and consistency of the brand image in design. Manage brand VI to ensure the correct implementation of brand visual standards in various channels and touch points; and conduct normative monitoring, timely identification and correction of behaviors not in line with brand visual standards. According to the standard requirements of advertisement layout, conduct design review on each terminal advertisement before placing, and ensure that the terminal advertisement design is in line with the brand standard specification. With the team to complete the exhibition, launch conference, media test drive and other market activities in the material design and review; to ensure the overall visual quality of the activities to enhance the brand image. Brand, technology, products in the market communication and promotion process required for the design and production of promotional materials. Design and shooting projects and other needs of the processing and promotion; with internal and external team collaboration, to ensure that the project is completed on time and quality. Business development required for other design needs of the docking and processing. Output graphic design and other job-related materials by using all the office tool necessary. Work with the Marketing team France together to reach the business objective Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in brand visual management, graphic design, or marketing design, preferably within the automotive, technology, or international corporate environment. Strong understanding of brand identity (VI) systems and proven experience ensuring brand consistency across multiple channels and touchpoints. Experience in advertisement layout review and validation to ensure compliance with brand standards. Solid experience supporting exhibitions, product launches, press events, and marketing campaigns from a visual design perspective. Ability to translate brand, product, and technology messaging into compelling visual materials. Experience coordinating with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) and external agencies or suppliers.
Responsibilities
The role involves outputting visual standard specifications according to brand VI standards and managing brand VI to ensure correct implementation across all channels.
