About the role

The Graphic Designer interprets drawings, customer needs and sketches to create clear and engaging visual content and electronic files ready for production.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret briefs and develop on-brand design concepts.
• Create digital and print assets, including social media graphics, brochures, presentations, ads, signage, website assets, and email templates.
• Apply brand guidelines consistently.
• Prepare final artwork for print, digital use, and suppliers.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to deliver creative outputs.
• Present concepts and respond to feedback professionally.
• Manage multiple design projects and deadlines.
• Source, edit, and retouch images as required.
• Keep up to date with design trends, tools, accessibility, and visual communication best practice.
• Maintain organised design files, templates, and assets.

About you

• Experience in graphic design, visual communication, marketing design, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio covering digital and print work.
• Strong skills in typography, layout, colour, composition, and brand identity.
• Ability to turn briefs and ideas into clear visual designs.
• Excellent attention to detail and production quality.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines.
• Knowledge of digital formats, print production, file preparation, and accessibility.
• Creative and solutions focused.
• Organised and adaptable.
