EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a minimum of 5 to 7 years of related experience and/or training preferred.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE

Ability to create cost estimates and be a positive steward of our client’s budget.

OTHER SKILLS AND/OR ABILITIES

  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Advanced knowledge of graphic design principles
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere and After Effects
  • Strong knowledge of print production
  • Strong knowledge of web design and UI/UX (Ceros and Viv)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Proficient in HTML and JavaScript
  • Proficient in project management, editing and content development
  • Knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of Ceros and Liquid Galaxy a plus
Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support marketing efforts through strategic conceptualization and the creation of visually engaging designs.
  • Focuses on the strategy of design and how materials can effectively support CBRE IM’s business efforts
  • Establish and manage a system and updating templates across the business for stakeholder use.
  • Expertly balances brand guidelines along with the ability to deliver custom one-off solutions that meet client requirements
  • Able to research, identify, and interface with external vendors
  • Able to distill information directly from internal/external clients and translate those findings into useful/relevant creative outputs
  • Able to expertly produce materials from end-to-end with minimal supervision
  • Able to multitask and fulfill multiple project requests within defined deadlines
  • Has a digitally focused mindset and can identify and activate emerging tools and technologies
  • Able to present creative ideas effectively and can lead brainstorming sessions
  • Performs quality assurance measures by reviewing and proofing for errors or unacceptable standards.
  • Assists in the mentoring and development of more junior level designers by continually sharing best practices and design knowledge
  • Stays connected to emerging tools, technologies, design trends and strategies
  • Works on additional special marketing projects

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

There are no formal supervisory responsibilities in this position, but this candidate may be asked to provide informal assistance and technical guidance to their coworkers. They may also coordinate and assign tasks within a work unit and/or project as needed.
