QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio focused on packaging.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); knowledge of 3D rendering tools (e.g., Dimension, Cinema 4D) is a plus.
• Solid understanding of print processes, materials, and packaging mechanics.
• Strong eye for detail, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Ability to take creative direction and translate brand values into compelling packaging solutions.
• Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with sustainable and eco-friendly packaging solutions.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for packaging labeling.

• Design and develop original packaging concepts for a wide range of products, from initial sketches to final print-ready files.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to ensure packaging designs are competitive and innovative.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budget requirements are met.
• Create mock-ups, prototypes, and visual presentations for internal reviews and Management approvals.
• Work closely with printers, manufacturers, and suppliers to oversee the production process and ensure design integrity.
