Responsibilities

Being a market leader since 2007 isn’t coincidence - it’s the legacy of keeping close relationships with fighters and expressing their grit through our bold imagery, relevant marketing, and strategic ad creation. The Graphic Designer on the Marketing team is responsible for creating engaging visual media for stakeholders across the organization, from the layouts of our email marketing to the branding of internal documents. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Graphic Designer enacts our strategic vision through managing visual projects from inception through completion and ongoing maintenance.
Tasks

Brand Guidelines:

  • Create and maintain our visual brand guidelines for our main brand and all sub brands, campaigns, product lines, etc.
  • Ensure all visual media adheres to our visual brand guidelines
  • Conduct market research to ensure our visual brand guidelines most effectively support our marketing plan
  • Routinely review and update our visual brand guidelines to ensure they most effectively support our marketing plan

Graphic Design:

  • Create visual media (images, layouts, mockups, etc for emails, website pages, print materials, etc)
  • Ensure all currently implemented media adheres to our current visual brand guidelines
  • Routinely review and update our current media to ensure that our media most effectively executes our marketing plan
  • Routinely evaluate and adjust our media to ensure it elicits the desired behaviors/actions from the intended audience

Project Management:

  • Collaborate with internal team members and/or third-party firms to complete marketing projects specified by the marketing plan
  • Lead marketing projects/tasks/assignments by directing/training/teaching/coaching internal team members and/or third-party firms and by overseeing the planning and execution of project logistics
  • Support the marketing director and the execution of the marketing plan by following delegated tasks/projects/assignments given by the marketing director
  • Potentially flex into new skill areas/task assignments that are related to and/or adjacent to your current skills/tasks in order to best support the internal team and equally share the team workload of executing the marketing plan
