Description

We're looking for a Graphic Designer to join our global team and help bring the Conduent brand to life through presentations, proposals, and other client-facing materials. About the role Most of your work will be focused on PowerPoint, helping sales and business teams create compelling, professional and visually engaging content that are seen by clients, prospects and senior leaders. This is a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly and deadlines are often tight. You'll frequently manage multiple projects at the same time, balance stakeholder expectations, and deliver high-quality work under pressure. Success in this role requires creativity, attention to detail, strong communication skills and the confidence to work independently while collaborating with teams around the world. What you'll do: * Design and enhance PowerPoint presentations for sales pitches, client meetings, executive briefings and strategic initiatives * Create proposal covers, layouts, graphics and supporting visual assets * Develop infographics, diagrams, icon sets, templates and other presentation elements * Support branding initiatives and ensure visual consistency across materials * Translate complex content into clear, engaging and visually compelling designs * Partner with stakeholders from brief through final delivery * Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards What we're looking for * Advanced PowerPoint skills and a genuine interest in presentation design * Strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills, particularly Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop * Excellent layout, typography, and visual storytelling abilities * Experience creating presentations, proposals, reports, or other business-facing communications * Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills * Comfortable receiving and incorporating constructive feedback * Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset * A positive attitude and a good sense of humor What we offer Working for Conduent in Romania means being part of a supportive and collaborative team where your ideas are valued and your work has visible impact across the organization!
