We are seeking a passionate and creative Graphic Designer / Content Creator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our brand identity and enhancing customer engagement through impactful designs and engaging content. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute captivating campaigns that resonate with our target audience—both online and in-store.

Responsibilities
  • Develop engaging digital content for in-store touchpoints, including digital signage, interactive displays, and mobile applications.
  • Create, film, and edit content in our outlets for social media platforms —showcasing new launches, behind-the-scenes moments, customer experiences, and campaign highlights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including marketing, design, procurement, culinary, operations, and other key stakeholders—to conceptualize and execute brand assets (packaging designs, menu boards, UI/UX for brand landing pages, kiosk designs, campaign visuals, etc.).
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and visual aesthetics across all digital platforms.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in content creation, digital storytelling, and design—leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct performance analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of content initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Manage multiple projects across different brands simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget constraints.
