Title: Graphic Designer/Creative Associate Location: Remote/Hybrid - Pune Job Overview: We’re seeking a skilled Graphic Designer with strong B2B marketing experience to support Blue Altair’s creative needs. You’ll produce and update marketing assets, manage brand consistency, and translate technical concepts into clear, engaging visuals. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, solid communication skills, and a strong digital portfolio are essential. This role requires working during overlapping EST/IST hours and the ability to deliver high-quality work quickly and independently. Experience: Should have at least 5 years of design experience supporting B2B marketing teams. (e.g., technology, accounting, banking, healthcare). Responsibilities: Create new and update existing marketing assets using defined templates, including datasheets, brochures, and blogs. Manage and update Microsoft Office templates (PowerPoint and Word). Maintain and update the company’s Brand Guidelines. Use Canva to create design templates for the Marketing team. Convert images, logos, and vector files into required formats (.svg, .jpeg, .png, etc.). Manage image compression for digital platforms and maintain keyword tags for digital assets. Source royalty-free images and videos for asset creation. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, visually appealing designs (e.g., cheat sheets, graphs, charts). Understand requirements for large-scale print projects (e.g., trade show booths, backdrops). Understand print specifications for assets such as giveaways, business cards, and brochures, including cut marks and CMYK vs. RGB color models. Apply knowledge of color theory as needed. Develop and refine logos. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements and skills: Must be familiar with the full Adobe Creative Suite, with proficiency in InDesign and Illustrator. Experience with After Effects and Adobe Premiere a plus. Solid knowledge of MS Word formatting and PowerPoint design is highly desired. Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of urgency in delivering projects. Good understanding of file management and shared platforms like SharePoint. Creative, unconventional thinking — the ability to present dense content (e.g., four pages of text) within tight layout constraints (e.g., a two-page datasheet). Ability to work quickly, independently, and effectively while still achieving desired outcomes.
