Hall Print Solutions, operating through www.printpromo.ie and www.glassprinting.ie, is seeking a Graphic Designer & Customer Liaison to join our team.
In this hybrid role, you’ll apply your design expertise to prepare print-ready artwork and mockups across a range of printed products and materials. You’ll also support our sales manager by handling client enquiries, clarifying artwork requirements, and ensuring a smooth handover to production.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining creativity with organisation and client interaction. Experience in some of the areas of Print, signage, promotional products is essential.

• Client Interaction: Work directly with clients, providing exceptional service, understanding their needs, and delivering print design solutions that bring their ideas to life.
• Design Creation: Assist the Sales person in developing visually captivating Mockups of product with print, also promotional sales materials, and digital marketing collateral.
• File Preparation & Production Support: Prepare print-ready files, ensure colour accuracy, perform quality control checks, and coordinate with production inhouse and vendors to ensure smooth job execution.
• Marketing and Promotions: Design online assets for digital advertising, including social media posts.
• Prepare artwork for print production: large format, signage (vechile graphics), branding of items, and general filing of jobs and enquiries.

Who We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the print or signage, or promotional industry In Ireland.
• excellent working ability in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills for direct client interaction, and listening to briefs.
• Strong customer service personality, with an ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
• A great people person, we view that as a real asset when dealing with production and customers!!!
• Manage emailing new prospective client base with flyers and new product launches.
• Experience with web design and SEO is a plus, but not essential! (Please mention if you have this expertise).
• Print Pre-press experience of 2+ years.
• confidence in speaking with clients and managing feedback
