WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 2–4 years of experience in a brand, marketing, or creative role
  • Strong proficiency of tools like Canva, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is a must
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint and confidence in creating polished, professional presentations
  • Attention to detail and an eye for clean, consistent design
  • Strong time management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and taking feedback constructively
  • Familiarity with basic video editing tools (Adobe AfterEffects, iMovie, Canva) and Figma
  • Fluency in spoken and written French is an asset

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE AS GRAPHIC DESIGNER:

WorkJam is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to support the execution of marketing and brand initiatives across a variety of channels. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, this role is ideal for someone with a sharp eye for detail, strong design sensibility, and a clear understanding of how impactful creative drives both brand awareness and business results. You’ll play a key role in bringing the brand to life through consistent, high-quality visuals that support campaigns, sales enablement, and design needs from teams across the organization.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Support marketing campaigns and event needs with asset creation
  • Build high-quality, visually consistent PowerPoint presentations for sales enablement and company-wide initiatives
  • Execute creative requests across departments—marketing, sales, customer success, and internal communications
  • Create and adapt social media graphics, digital ads, email visuals, and other assets using templates or brand guidelines
  • Ensure all materials follow brand standards and reflect our visual identity
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage timelines, feedback, and versioning across projects
  • Apply light copywriting to adapt and optimize messaging for creative formats
  • Basic video editing projects as needed
  • Maintain and organize brand asset libraries and templates
  • Keep a pulse on brand and design trends, bringing fresh ideas to execution
  • Participate in building effective creative strategies and engagement campaigns to support company growth
