Role overview At Devlane, we are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to help us elevate our brand and visual presence across digital and offline channels. This role combines design expertise with hands-on execution to create compelling visuals, support marketing campaigns, and ensure consistency with Devlane’s brand identity. The Graphic Designer will play a key role in designing assets for marketing campaigns, social media, events, email campaigns, and internal communications, ensuring that every visual element aligns with Devlane’s growth goals and aesthetic standards. Key responsibilities Design visually engaging assets for digital and offline marketing campaigns (social media, email, web, presentations, events). Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all channels. Create graphics for prospecting, events, and sales initiatives. Support email marketing campaigns with visually appealing templates and graphics. Design assets for paid media campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.). Produce event materials, presentations, and other visual collateral. Propose and implement creative solutions to optimize engagement and brand impact. What we’re looking for Graduate or advanced student in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields. At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, marketing design, or visual communication roles. Intermediate English level – writing and reading comprehension. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Figma. Experience creating visuals for digital marketing campaigns and social media. Knowledge of branding, typography, and visual storytelling principles. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to translate concepts into engaging visuals. Proactive, collaborative, and eager to bring fresh ideas to the team. Nice to have: Experience with video production (audiovisual) using Premiere Pro and/or After Effects. Bonus point: Experience in communication-related areas, with the ability to understand and align with communication goals.
