Devsinc is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to lead visual storytelling across digital and offline platforms. This role requires strong conceptual thinking, hands-on design execution, and the ability to collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to deliver high-impact visuals that align with Devsinc’s global brand. Core Responsibilities • Lead the design and execution of brand-aligned visual assets across digital, social media, web, presentations, case studies, white papers, pitch decks, campaigns, and print. • Translate business and marketing objectives into compelling visual concepts and design solutions. • Maintain and evolve Devsinc’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. • Collaborate with marketing, demand generation, content, and product teams on campaigns and initiatives. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to keep Devsinc’s visuals modern and competitive. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with AI tools is a strong plus. • Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy. • Ability to conceptualize and execute designs for both digital and print media. • Experience designing for social media, marketing campaigns, case studies, white papers, pitch decks, and web assets. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Strong attention to detail with a high standard for design quality. • Ability to take ownership, give and receive feedback constructively, and work independently. Qualification • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field. • 1–3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a tech, agency, or SaaS environment. • Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital design, and marketing-focused creative work. • Experience working with global brands or multi-region marketing teams is a plus.
