Job Purpose: We’re seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 3–5 years of professional experience to join our growing marketing team. In this hybrid, contract-to-hire role, you’ll design compelling visual content across digital and print channels that reflect the Design House brand and engage our target audiences. Essential duties and responsibilities: This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary. · Create on-brand visual assets for web, social media, email campaigns, and marketing collateral. · Design print materials including packaging, labels, product catalogs, brochures, and sell sheets. · Develop imagery and layouts that enhance product listings on eCommerce platforms. · Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand execution. · Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. · Prepare production-ready files and work with vendors to ensure print quality and accuracy. · Maintain brand standards and contribute to continuous creative improvement. Requirements · 3–5 years of professional design experience, preferably in consumer goods, retail, or eCommerce. · Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field. · Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud. Experience with basic video editing is a plus. · Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and photography. · Experience creating assets for social media, email marketing, and print production. · Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. · Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. · Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and be self-directed. · Ability or interest in using artificial intelligence tools to speed up content creation. · PIM/Dam and metadata tagging experience a plus What We Offer: · Opportunity to transition from contract to full-time employment. · Hybrid schedule with in-office collaboration two days per week. · A creative, collaborative team culture within a growing home décor brand.
