JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print design work. You’ll collaborate with copywriters, art directors, account managers, and developers to bring brand stories to life across multiple platforms.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects or motion graphics is a plus.
  • Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills.
  • Experience designing for digital platforms (social media, web banners, email, etc.).
  • Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to take creative direction and constructive feedback.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working in advertising or marketing agencies.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX principles.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (a plus, not required).
  • Experience with branding and visual identity projects.

  • Design and produce high-quality creative work for campaigns, social media, websites, email marketing, packaging, presentations, trade show booths, and more.
  • Collaborate with art directors and creative team to interpret concepts and execute designs in line with client brand guidelines.
  • Prepare final artwork for print and digital use, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas and visual solutions.
  • Adapt and resize existing creative for various formats and platforms.
  • Stay current on design trends, techniques, and technologies relevant to advertising and digital media.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
