Description

Small, but very busy digital printing and sign company looking for a full time employee with strong graphics experience . MUST be quick multi-tasker capable of working in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment.
Summary of Position:
In the graphics area you are responsible for producing graphic design and job layout in compliance with the work order specifications and/or manipulates customer artwork. Assist walk-in clients, answer phone, operate copiers, fax machine and other electronic devices.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years education in graphic design or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous experience in printing and/or sign industry a plus.
  • Knowledge of printing and sign industry papers, substrates, media, products a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Professional, upbeat, positive attitude.
  • Sharp attention to detail.
  • Keen multi-tasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as an integral team member.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with diverse customer/prospect base.
  • Expertise in the following software applications:
  • Adobe InDesign - current version
  • Adobe Illustrator - current version
  • Adobe Photoshop - current version
  • Adobe Acrobat Professional - current version
  • Expertise in digital standard and wide-format printing
  • Expertise in color/font management concepts and procedures

Compensation: commensurable based on experience and ability
