Summary
Following creative direction, assists with the production of graphic art and visual materials for the firm’s visual identity extension across all branded elements including printed materials, environments, and online and interactive media, and video. Works closely with Art Director to create and produce the firm’s visual identity for attorneys and other internal clients firm wide.
Location
This position can be remote. Candidates should reside within reasonable commuting distance to the home office and must be based in one of the following offices: Atlanta, Baltimore, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Miami, Minneapolis, Northern Virginia, Philadelphia, Raleigh, Short Hills, Tampa, Washington DC, or Wilmington office.
Responsibilities
Desired Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign required; Adobe XD, Dreamweaver, Premiere, and After Effects preferred). Working knowledge of digital design software and programming language (HTML/HTML5 and CSS). Knowledge of pre-press, offset and digital printing processes. Dual proficiency in Mac and PC platforms required. A solid understanding of design principles and fundamentals, as well as print and HTML production processes, is required Experience in Sketch, Motion Graphic, Cinema 4D or other 3D software plus experience with video editing a plus.
Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service. Must have solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office software; including PowerPoint and Word. Demonstrated follow-through and must be a self-starter. Ability to successfully work within a team environment. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills are necessary to manage multiple projects on an on-going basis. Excellent digital file management skills required.

The firm’s expected hiring range for this position is $65,168 - $84,722 per year depending on the candidate’s geographic market location.
The compensation offered for employment will also be dependent on other factors including the candidate’s experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k).
