We are an established marketing agency based in Passau and are looking for a full-time Graphic Designer (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible!

In this role, you will be responsible for designing various advertising materials and digital content for our clients. You will work based on clear guidelines, existing corporate designs, and defined quality standards.

Clear processes and responsibilities will provide you with orientation for your projects. Through concrete feedback, you will know what is important for successful implementation and can specifically improve your results.

What exactly does EGROMA GmbH do?

We at EGROMA – Employer Growth Marketing  – support companies in the trades, manufacturing, and industry sectors in attracting qualified employees and building a professional employer brand. To this end ,

we develop and manage online marketing campaigns, career pages, and other measures for employee and customer acquisition. Our services have already been used in over 300 client projects.

To ensure you learn your tasks and our working methods from the ground up, you will receive  structured training over approximately 2-4 months .

The gross annual salary for the position of Graphic Designer (m/f/d) ranges from  €30,000 to €42,000 , depending on your experience and qualifications .

With increasing experience and strong performance, you can continuously expand your expertise and develop into a specialist within your field.

Please note: This position is exclusively on-site at our office in Passau. Remote work is not possible. Therefore, we are particularly looking for applicants who already live in the region or are planning a move to Passau, have excellent German language skills, and are interested in working locally long-term.

Your tasks with us

• You plan and design creatives such as images, graphics and animations for online marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• You will design career pages for our clients based on existing structures and corporate designs.
• You reliably implement existing corporate designs across different formats and advertising materials.
• You will create collages, quick designs and other graphic content for our internal marketing.
• You design advertising brochures and other print and advertising materials.
• You check your work for compliance with our internal quality standards and the respective customer requirements.
