We’re looking for a creative, proactive Graphic Designer to join our friendly in-house team here at Encompass — a full-service marketing agency based in Ilkeston, Derbyshire. • Designing eye-catching work across a range of media — from print and POS to email campaigns and digital assets.
• Building stylish, effective email newsletters using our in-house platform.
• Bringing briefs to life from concept through to final artwork — with attention to detail at every step.
• Collaborating with account managers and fellow creatives to deliver great work, on time.
• Keeping our asset library organised and accessible.
• Staying curious — keeping up with trends and pushing ideas further.
• Working with brand guidelines (and knowing when to creatively challenge them).
• Supporting and contributing to a team culture built on kindness, initiative, and passion for good design.
• Driving digital innovation — helping ensure Encompass remains at the forefront of digital design and marketing.
• Taking initiative and being prepared to step into a more senior role as the team grows.
