This role will be responsible for developing visual assets that support both internal communications and external branding initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, proficiency in design tools, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals that align with our company’s identity. Working closely with HR, marketing, and other departments, the Graphic Designer will play a key role in enhancing our employer brand and delivering consistent, high-quality design materials. Technical Skills • Proficiency in design software: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, or similar tools. • Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and branding principles. • Experience creating digital and print assets (social media graphics, presentations, brochures, infographics, banners). • Familiarity with web design basics (HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus). Professional Experience At least 2 years of experience in graphic design. Portfolio demonstrating creativity, consistency, and ability to adapt to brand guidelines. Experience collaborating with marketing, HR, or communications teams to produce internal and external materials. Soft Skills Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency.Creative problem-solving and openness to feedback. Preferred Qualifications Experience in employer branding, HR communications, or corporate design projects.Knowledge of video editing or motion graphics tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro).Experience designing for social media campaigns and corporate events.Understanding of UX/UI principles for digital assets.
