GRAPHIC DESIGNER

We’re looking for a passionate, driven Graphic Designer to join the Evolve Systems team. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our Art Director, Marketing Manager, Project Managers, and clients to create dynamic design solutions. From building cohesive brand identities to crafting impactful web and marketing collateral, you’ll bring ideas to life while supporting the creation of digital and print campaigns that set new standards in the industry.

Job Description:
As our Graphic Designer, you’ll collaborate with our Art Director and design team to create functional, beautiful design solutions. From UX/UI and website design to print and digital marketing materials, your role will involve both taking ownership of projects and working in tandem with a talented, collaborative team. You’ll deliver on-brand, mobile-responsive designs, ensuring that everything is not only on time and on budget, but also crafted to exceed expectations. The fast-paced, ever-evolving nature of our projects means you’ll have the opportunity to flex your creative muscles and tackle new challenges across a variety of industries.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Take the lead in designing and producing both digital and print collateral, ensuring creativity, consistency, and attention to detail
• Design intuitive, functional, and beautiful UX/UI for desktop and mobile websites that meet both user needs and business goals
• Collaborate with the Art Director to creatively develop and refine brand identities for our clients
• Manage multiple design projects with precision, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met while maintaining design excellence
• Retouch and manipulate images when necessary to ensure they align with brand guidelines
• Work across a variety of design software (Canva, Figma, Adobe CC, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Assist in the QA process for websites and other design deliverables to ensure quality standards are met
• Prioritize tasks and manage project timelines using Wrike and other project management tools
• 2+ years of design experience, including UX/UI design, branding, and agency or freelance work
• A solid understanding of graphic design fundamentals, responsive design, typography, and layout
• A keen eye for design detail and an ability to handle constructive feedback
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently present and explain design concepts to clients
• Familiarity with SEO, ADA compliance, and accessibility guidelines is highly valued
• Experience with tools below a plus
• Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Wrike or other PM tools
• HTML, CSS or WordPress themes

Communication:

• Keep the Art Director and PMs in the loop with regular project updates and timelines
• Actively engage in client meetings to present design concepts, making sure ideas are communicated clearly and confidently
• Proactively resolve project issues, communicating any obstacles to internal teams and clients in a timely manner
• Stay on top of design trends and share insights with the team to keep our work fresh and innovative

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Little Canada, MN 5511
