Responsibilities
  • Meet with marketing and various business units to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job
  • Interpret the business needs/brief and develop concepts to suit their purpose
  • Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts
  • Present finalized ideas and concepts to the marketing team and key departments
  • Skilled in the use of InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Animation, Premier Pro, Video editing and Flash, Canva Pro, and able to work with a wide range of media
  • Develop high-quality creative advertising, HTMLs, digital banners, internal and external newsletters, brochures, packaging, display artworks, presentations etc
  • Contribute ideas and design artwork for new hotel/restaurant concepts
  • Check, amend and compile content text for ads, sales material, HTMLs etc
  • Social Media knowledge and handle if required
  • Work as part of a team with marketing, printer suppliers, copywriters, photographers and stylists
  • Update websites and online platforms as required
  • Assist the Marketing team to develop, implement, monitor and evaluate the hotel’s marketing communications strategy, including advertising, promotions, public relations, graphics and collateral, so as to support the marketing objectives for the hotel and maximize the hotel’s positive exposure in local, national and international markets
