As a Graphic Designer you will be the bridge between a Creative team and various stakeholders and will have an important role to play in establishing design standards for AUTO1 Group. Job Description Collaborate closely with cross-functional Marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and translate them into high-quality visual concepts and deliverables. Develop on-brand visual content for a wide range of formats: social media assets, banners, flyers, posters, email creatives, and more. Uphold and evolve the brand identity across all creative materials, ensuring consistency while fostering visual innovation. Design for both digital and print channels, thoughtfully balancing layout, typography, and storytelling. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on tight deadlines with exceptional attention to detail. Prepare files for both print and digital production, safeguarding high-quality and timely output. Qualifications 4 years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally within a fast-paced marketing or creative environment. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Good knowledge of Figma. Demonstrated mastery in brand development and application of brand guidelines. Strong command of visual layout, typography, and visual storytelling. Experience designing for digital (social media, banners, email) and print (flyers, posters, brochures). Impeccable attention to detail, creativity, adaptability, and ability to multitask. Excellent time management skills and a proven track record of meeting deadlines. Exceptional collaboration and communication skills; comfortable working with multiple teams and stakeholders. (Nice to have) Experience with motion graphics and basic video editing. Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
