500° is searching for a Graphic Designer to join our Columbus, Ohio office. As a Graphic Designer at 500° Studio, you will be an integral part of the creative team. You are responsible for the development and design of digital and print materials, in and out-of-home merchandising, marketing, and promotional communications in support of our big brand, industry-leading clients. The ideal candidate has confidence to be a strong partner and influencer in the creative process with a keen eye for aesthetics.

Responsibilities
  • Develop creative ideas, concepts, campaigns, and insights that will drive consumers to react
  • Create visually appealing and innovative design concepts for various marketing materials, including but not limited to print advertisements, digital ads, social media graphics, websites, email campaigns, and promotional materials
  • Design visually unique graphic solutions to communicate brand message across all platforms
  • Work off of client creative briefs to come up with new design strategies/ideas and refreshing the current when needed, all while working within the brand guidelines of our clients
  • Utilize best practice design techniques to transform conceptual ideas into polished designs; Including but not limited to: Typography, color, shape, and layout; Animation/motion design; Illustration
  • Effectively collaborate and communicate design concepts with internal creative team to build a culture of innovation, excellence, and accountability
  • Work with cross-functional teams such as account service, production, and project management to ensure high-quality execution on creative deliverables
