6–7 years of proven
experience as a Graphic Designer in a professional, fast-paced environment
(agency or in-house)
Advanced proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite — especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,
Acrobat Pro, and Media Encoder
Working knowledge of motion
design and video editing tools — such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, and
Canva video
Familiarity with
collaborative and cloud-based design platforms like Figma or Adobe Express
Basic understanding of HTML,
CSS, and responsive design formats for web or email is a plus
Exposure to AI-based
creative tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms
preferred
Solid grasp of layout, color
theory, typography, and branding principles
Ability to handle multiple
projects with excellent attention to detail and on-time delivery
Comfortable working across
both Windows and Mac operating systems
Basic experience in
photography (shooting and editing) is a bonus
Strong communication,
collaboration, and problem-solving skill
Design and produce
high-quality marketing materials across print, digital, social media, and
event platforms while maintaining brand consistency and visual appeal
Create visually engaging
assets such as brochures, flyers, posters, advertisements, banners, social
media graphics, emailers, presentations, and web visuals
Translate briefs into clear
and effective design solutions, balancing creativity with marketing
objectives
Manage the full design
process — from concept development, visual exploration, and layout design
to final artwork preparation and production delivery
Collaborate with marketing,
communications, and leadership teams to align design output with campaign
goals, tone of voice, and brand messaging
Repurpose and adapt existing
visuals for different channels while ensuring alignment with content
objectives and technical specifications
Maintain and regularly
update brand templates, style guides, and visual asset libraries
Liaise with external vendors
such as printers, photographers, and signage fabricators to ensure
high-quality final production
Stay informed on emerging
trends in graphic design, digital content formats, and marketing
communications
Ensure accessibility and
responsiveness of digital design materials for web, mobile, and email
platforms
Curate and manage an
internal repository of images, icons, templates, fonts, and campaign
archives
Enhance visual storytelling
through photography — including editing and retouching images for internal
and external use
Contribute to campaign
development by capturing and editing short-form video content for reels,
event coverage, interviews, or promotional use
Create simple motion
graphics and animations (GIFs, animated posts, video overlays) using After
Effects or similar tools to boost engagement on social platforms
Where applicable, support
the team in experimenting with AI-based creative tools (e.g., Midjourney,
RunwayML, Adobe Firefly) to elevate output efficiency and innovation
