Job Description Design Produce high-quality video ads and motion graphics for social media campaigns Design email campaigns and other digital assets as needed Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to bring concepts to life Create mood boards or style guides to present to the client when needed Analyze brand guidelines and assets provided by the client Be ready to take on last minute revisions when needed Adapt designs and videos based on feedback while maintaining brand consistency Communication Keep the design team up-to-date on any client related topics (feedback, files, projects, brand guides, style guides, performance, etc) Being able to join client calls when needed Being able to brainstorm with both marketing and design team on trending design trends Track assigned brand's tasks, design hours consumed per month Qualifications Experience: 3–5 years in graphic design with a focus on digital content Highly creative with strong visual storytelling skills Efficient in managing multiple video and design projects simultaneously Open to using AI tools to optimize design and motion workflow Updated on design trends and can do advanced video animations Can collaborate well with different team Expert in Photoshop and image manipulations Expert in Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Figma Experienced in creating social media video ads and motion graphics Knowledgeable in Descript or other AI tools to improve efficiency and creativity Can step in and lead the team in the absence of the Creative Lead and/or the Creative Operations Manager Open to feedback and uses it to improve own skills Able to relay ideas and feedback to the team properly and accurately Able to follow design process and task management using project management tools including but not limited to ClickUp, Asana, etc Bonus: Some knowledge of web design Additional Information Benefits and Perks of the Job Competitive Pay 100% Remote: avoid the stress and hassle of a commute and raise your productivity Our office hours are 9-5PM PST and we require you work 4 hours within that time frame
