YOUR ROLE:

As a Graphic Designer, you’ll help us craft visually compelling content that engages our audience and strengthens the JobLeads brand. Your expertise in graphic design will play a key role in shaping our social media presence, advertising campaigns, and user acquisition efforts. If you have a passion for storytelling through design and a keen eye for emerging creative trends, we’d love to hear from you!

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Develop and create high-quality and engaging designs in accordance with JobLeads brand guidelines for a variety of use cases, including:
• Social media ad campaigns
• Content for social media channels (images, carousels, reels, stories, animated graphics, social cards, etc.)
• Landing pages for user acquisition (ensuring great UX and a frictionless path into our main platform)
• Email marketing campaigns
• Video effects and motion design
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to create compelling marketing materials that effectively communicate the brand’s value proposition.
• Maintain ownership of work from project kick-off through execution, managing project timelines and working with the Creative Lead/Project Manager to acquire necessary assets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the pre- and post-production process.
