About the role: We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to help shape the artistic direction. In this role, you will be given the opportunity to elevate our brand and support the needs of product and marketing teams, ensuring our brands communicate effectively and consistently across all channels. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for scaling and maintaining the visual identity, design product and marketing assets and ensure their continuous development. Your main responsibilities will be: Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand guidelines that define how the brand should be used across our product and touch points. Ensure consistency in our brand's visual identity across all projects. Optimize the design and layout of marketing assets to enhance user flow and visual appeal. Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure the seamless integration of visual designs. Design high-quality marketing assets - including landing pages, emails, and display ads that are tailored to engage current and future players across digital channels. What's in it for you? Experience working in cross-functional teams where design influenced outcomes, not only execution Ability to operate with autonomy 4+ years of experience in graphic design, particularly for web. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma. A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and expand your skill set. A creative and resourceful mindset, with excellent attention to detail. Clear and effective communication skills for providing direction and incorporating feedback. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality. Nice to have: Experience working in Google Web Designer. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
