Description Overview We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Graphic Designer to join our creative team! In this role, you will bring visual concepts to life across a variety of digital and print platforms, shaping compelling brand identities and engaging visual stories. Your expertise will drive the aesthetic direction of projects, ensuring consistency and excellence in every design. Responsibilities Design promotional materials on brand with production accuracy. Collaborate with other Strategy & Design team members to develop and execute projects. Collaborate with the internal design team to develop new ideas, when needed. Research, create, design, and develop to new ideas and products, as needed. Solve design problems through normal creative process, for approval. Retouching, clipping, masking and/or color correcting raster images. Analyzing proof prints and assessing for necessary changes. Make suggestions that may reduce cost, enhance quality and delivery as it relates to layout and file construction. Troubleshooting and editing layouts and support files. Visually matching colors across different media. Performing proportional math for sizing and resolution. Proofreading and signoff on final art before submission to print departments. Creation of impositioned files for printing and cutting departments. Communicating technical issues to coworkers of varied expertise. Maintaining the organization of design files according to established procedures and guidelines. Following all established Department and Company standards and procedures as they relate to quality, throughput, performance of administrative duties, and interpersonal skills. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Qualifications, Skills, Abilities, and Competencies Available for weekend work shifts & overtime as needed. Background in graphic design, typography, photography. Ability to direct and articulate strong design and oversee brand execution. Skill set to prioritize heavy, constant changing workload. Ability to produce quality work in a fast-paced environment with interruptions and deadlines. Above average listening and communication skills (oral & written). Strong computer skills using the full Adobe suite. Skills in CAD, 3D modeling software, Blender, or Sketchup a plus. Knowledge of file types and implications of conversions. Ability to troubleshoot problem files (Fonts, missing links, resolution). Energetic and enthusiastic and work well in a team environment. Self-motivated, self-managing and possess above average interpersonal skills. Highly organized, with strong attention to detail. Knowledge and ability to proofread copy and data. Ability to pass an advanced skills aptitude test. Ability to communicate (read, speak, write, understand) in English. Safety conscious with ability to perform job functions in a safe manner. Ability to work alone and under minimal supervision. Ability to build effective relationships internally and externally. Ability to develop creative solutions to client and internal problems and challenges. Project management skills and ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects. Ability to contribute to building a strong and positive team spirit as well as align with GSP values.
