Graphic Designer – Hanesbrands Australasia Pyrmont NSW | Sheridan | Mid-Weight Designer Be part of the team behind some of Australia’s most loved brands including Bonds, Berlei, Bras N Things and Sheridan. We’re now on the lookout for a creative, energetic and detail driven Graphic Designer to join our in house Sheridan team. About the Role Reporting to the Graphic Design Manager, you’ll create on brand, high impact design across our retail, VM and digital channels. This is a hands on, fast paced role where you’ll bring campaigns to life through windows, POS, seasonal imagery, digital assets, planograms and more. You’ll work closely with VM, marketing, digital, design and product teams to deliver seamless, consistent brand experiences. What You’ll Be Doing Produce high quality artwork across print, retail and digital environments Develop creative concepts that align with seasonal campaigns and brand guidelines Create accurate, print ready artwork and follow approval processes Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure accuracy, consistency and brand impact Manage your own workflow, deadlines and job tracking as well as POS libraries, brand imagery and WIP documents Contribute creatively with fresh ideas, problem solving and continuous improvement What You’ll Bring 3+ years’ experience in an agency or in house studio role Strong skills in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator (Figma experience bonus) Solid understanding of print production and finishing Ability to balance multiple projects in a fast paced retail environment A high level of accuracy, attention to detail and pride in your craft A positive, proactive attitude and collaborative approach What’s in it for you: Wellness programs including EAP, flu shots, skin checks, 2 wellbeing days and fresh fruit delivered onsite “Summer Fun” leave –day off every fortnight during summer months Company-wide recognition program Monthly business updates and community partner sessions Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Cultivating a diverse and inclusive workplace At Hanes Australasia we value an inclusive and diverse environment in line with our purpose of creating the fabric of a better life for our People and Planet.
